The historic Technion building in Hadar HaCarmel – which was designed by the architect Alexander Baerwald (1877-1930) and whose cornerstone was laid in 1912 – was chosen as a source of inspiration in the design of our logo.
The logo represents the built heritage. It combines the shape of the structure’s iconic arch and the shape of the Hebrew letter Mem in the word Moreshet, which means heritage or legacy.
The logo’s color was inspired by the historical technique of copying architectural drawings, the “blue-print”, which was characterized by shades of blue.
The logo was designed by Hila Keretz in 2018.
